"the things we do to love" exists partially outside of the"History, Rewritten" collection. Think of it as the omitted parts of history. With a discontinued personal and professional relationship with Ms. Alex!, I would not feel comfortable selling these songs or including them, officially, in the collection. In fact, this is the reason for the collection. In this newfound context, these songs tell an interesting story of both love and conflict. It is strange, as that wasn't the original intention of any of them. It just goes to show how much of our souls we bare in the art we make.
